MOAR SUMMER BEATS!!

I can't get enough of these chilled out summer vibes.  So here's an EP that was just recently released by Los Angeles based producers, LAZERDISK, called 'Mélange'. From Disco/House to Hip Hop, to 80's synthpop-electro, this EP is brilliant.  Posted below is my favorite from the EP, called Sunk.  It's one of the more Hip Hop inspired tracks on the record, however it also incorporated heavy disco & 80's style synthpop bass elements.  Surely the perfect poolside banger to keep your summer going till the very end...and fuck it, play it in fall, winter, and spring too.  It's just fucking good.

If you want more, the rest of their EP is available for FREE DOWNLOAD  All you have to do is follow them on Twitter!

Enjoy, bitches!

Summer Beats

Oh, hey internet!  It's been a few days so apologies for the lack of posts.  It's okay though, because I've got a FREE compilation of some of the sexiest, jazziest, summer beats available right now! German record label, Jakarta Records recently released their Summer in Jakarta compilation & let me just say it's fucking tight.  It features tracks from producers like FloFilz, Ta-Ku, Pawcut & many more! I'm going to go ahead and post one of my favorites from the compilation, just to give you guys a little taste.

It's a track called 'Hungry' featuring German rapper, JuJu Rogers & beatmaker, Bluestaeb.  Both are without a doubt, worth checking out.

Hip-hop Seizures

Harmonic 313 is a really cool DJ. He creates futuristic sounds and smoothly incorporates them into other genres of music. Take this song for example : The song is entitled, "Battlestar" and it features Phat Kat and Elzhi. The original is a solid hip-hop track which is awesome already, but this remix puts the icing on the cake!

Lost In Translation

Looking for some awesome hip-hop? Try the Ancient Astronauts. These guys released a cd entitled "We Are To Answer" earlier this year. The cd takes listeners through all types of music genres including hip-hop, reggae, and electronica. The song "Lost in Marrakesh" (Track 7) is sure to take you off your feet and into a daze. However, you'll probably find yourself singing along to songs such as "Classic" (track 3) and "Risin High" (track 6). A definite must have!
